At Heartwork Studios, nestled just off the beaten path in downtown Ripon, WI, is an inspired collaboration between artists Carissa Sorensen and Laura Pahlas.

We believe creativity is more than just a talent—it’s an innate and sacred human practice rooted in nature and therefore within each of us. Through process-based art experiences, we create space to slow down, play, and return to presence, honoring creativity as a path to wellness and belonging.

We call this process Heartwork:

A playful creative practice that quiets the mind, connects us to our own inner wisdom, and guides us towards healing, transformation, and a more authentic way of life.
